He stressed that visas are issued to citizens of France and third countries, as well as stateless persons who have a permanent residence in the country with supporting documents. “Citizens of countries with visa-free entry to Russia can take a direct flight from France to the Russian Federation. To do this, it is necessary to present a document confirming the right of permanent residence on French territory when boarding a flight. “, noted the embassy.

The press service noted that before boarding, all foreigners traveling to Russia must present a negative PCR test carried out no later than 72 hours before arriving in the country. The document must be translated into English or Russian.
