Manchester City are closing in on signing much-loved Le Havre centre-back Isaak Toure.
The 19-year-old defender is expected to sign a long-term contract with the Citizens in the coming days before being sent on loan to Troyes for the coming season.
The French youth international has attracted interest from several clubs across Europe and opted to join the Premier League champions this summer.

According to reports in France, Toure has already visited the city’s training facilities and a deal with the French Ligue 2 club is close to being agreed.
Pep Guardiola’s side are considering sending him on loan immediately with Troyes – part of the City Football Group – being a likely destination.
The youngster burst onto the French scene last season, making 17 league appearances for Le Havre and featuring six times for the international U19 side.

Toure is set to be City’s second contract of the window after announcing the signing of Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund in a £51million deal on Monday.
Haaland, one of the world’s most wanted players, will officially join City from Borussia Dortmund on a five-year deal on July 1.
City said on May 10 that they had reached an agreement in principle with Dortmund to sign the 21-year-old and the club announced the deal on Monday.
