ARSENAL are reportedly considering a blow to ex-flop Aston Villa Jordan Amavi to provide backup to Kieran Tierney.
The 26-year-old left-back is expected to become a free agent when his contract at Marseille ends in June.

The Ligue 1 side are hoping they can convince the Frenchman to stick around with a new three-year deal.
However, Le10Sport claim the Gunners and AC Milan are fighting to get him to sign a free transfer.
Amavi joined Villa de Nice for £ 9million in 2015, but failed to impress in his 48 appearances before being sent to Marseille in 2017 on loan.
They signed him permanently from Villa a year later and he transformed his career, scoring three goals and providing 10 assists in 121 games.
He helped Marseille advance to the Europa League final in 2018 but suffered from injury issues this season.
Amavi could be the answer to Mikel Arteta’s search for another left-back.
Sead Kolasinac has been loaned to Schalke this season.
He should leave for good this summer.

Tierney has once again been one of Arsenal’s most notable stars in recent months.
But right-footed Cedric Soares was forced to replace him when he was recently sidelined with injury.
And that only increased Arteta’s desire to provide additional cover for the Scotsman.
